How to Register

REGISTER ONLINE

Just follow the simple online instructions. After registering, you may pay online by credit card or electronic funds transfer (e-check), using a secure, encrypted connection, or mail in a check. You can also pay the balance of your registration fee or check room assignment by clicking the above link.

A deposit of $100 for individuals, or $200 for families, is due at registration. Please make checks payable to First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley. Financial assistance is available; please click here for a scholarship application and be sure to register early. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BY MONDAY, MAY 1.

As in the past, registration for selected Mount Hermon activities, including ropes courses, will be available during Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast. Space is limited.

Registration Dates

April 2–April 30, 2017. Economy and standard spaces fill up fast; be sure to register early.

Conference and Housing Costs (per person)

Please note: all prices listed are per person, based on double occupancy. There is a $75 surcharge for a single room. To attend on Saturday only, the cost is $65 per adult, $25 per child/youth (price includes Saturday registration, lunch, and dinner).

More basic and rustic than Deluxe or Standard. Economy hotel rooms include private or semi-private baths, linens, and towels; economy cabins are cozy retreats with furnished living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, and include towels and linens. (Beds are not pre-made.)

A bit more seasoned with a few less amenities, but no less comfortable than Deluxe. Standard hotel rooms include private bath, towels, and pre-made beds; standard cabins are private retreats with furnished living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, and include pre-made beds and towels.

Mount Hermon's finest accommodations. Deluxe hotel rooms include private bath, lanai, towels, and pre-made beds; deluxe cabins are private retreats with furnished living rooms, kitchens, and bedrooms, and include pre-made beds, towels, and a coffee maker.
