Joseph Ciza
Joseph Ciza is a nurse in the Democratic Republic of Congo, an area torn by war for over ten years. He is based at HEAL Africa, a hospital in Goma in the northern region of DR Congo. Since 2004, Joseph has worked as the manager of a program that offers holistic support to survivors of sexual violence, support that includes surgery, counseling, schooling, and occupational training in textile arts. His work with former child slaves and sex slaves often takes him through rebel territory. Joseph is married and is enrolled in a Master's program for Community Pastoral Care and HIV/AIDS in Nairobi, Kenya.

Jaime Farrant
Working in a recently-opened International Justice Mission office in Latin America, Jaime serves as a legal advocate for children and women in situations of sexual trafficking. Jaime's area of expertise include developing legal strategies in cases such as illegal detention, child prostitution, sexual abuse, police abuse, land grabbing, and religious persecution. Jaime holds a Master's degree in International Legal Studies from American University, Washington College of Law.

Bethany Hoang
Bethany Hoang serves as Director of the IJM Institute for International Justice Mission. She joined IJM in 2004. Bethany travels globally, speaking and teaching to thousands on behalf of IJM at churches, conferences and universities.As Director of the IJM Institute, she is responsible for equipping leaders of the global church and academic communities with tools and resources for bringing others into a deeper level of understanding, passion, and commitment to seeking justice on behalf of those who suffer abuse and oppression in our world. Bethany received a B.A. in Religion and History from Miami University of Ohio, and she received a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary where she graduated with the honor of receiving the distinguished Fellowship in Theology.
Bethany is accompanied by Elisabeth (pseudonym used). Elisabeth is a friend and former client of IJM from Southeast Asia. A recent college graduate, she is temporarily visiting the US.

Mike Perreau
Mike is a social entrepreneur and one of the founding directors of the Transformational Business Network (TBN). TBN's vision is to combat poverty and to create equality and social justice through business enterprise, bringing physical and spiritual transformation to the world's poor and oppressed. He serves as a non-executive director to several institutions and mission organizations, and is involved in a wide range of projects globally. Mike is married to Deborah, who heads up a charity that sends medical equipment to bring health and hope to the poorest of nations. Married for 30 years and parents of 3 grown children, they are both passionate for God's destitute people.

Pranitha Timothy
Pranitha serves as the Director of Aftercare in one of the International Justice Mission's forced labor offices in South Asia. She joined the IJM team in 2003, bringing her extensive experience in social work. Pranitha has provided innovative leadership in rehabilitating forced labor clients and recruiting skilled staff. She has also created and implemented child development programs for Prison Fellowship and Hindustan Bible Institute. Pranitha earned her Master's degree from Madras Christian College and is married to Timothy; together they have a daughter, Diya.
