Each Learning Community is guided by a leader (or group of leaders) over the course of the year who facilitates the classes and helps to raise up and support leaders for specific leadership roles within the community.

New Leadership Team |
The Learning Communities Teaching Team is made up of First Pres pastors and gifted teachers. Teachers rotate through all the Learning Communities during the year, and each learning community has a new instructor about every six weeks.
