More Information

Our weekend away is a treasured tradition among the women of First Pres. Whether coming for the first time or as a seasoned retreater, you are invited to join us for rest and rejuvenation among new and old friends. "Babes in arms" are welcome to join their moms!

Our Theme: Developing Eyes of Faith

Living busy, multi-faceted lives as friends, wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, and co-workers, it is no wonder we lose sight of how beautifully our own story intertwines with God's bigger narrative.

Our guest speaker, Laurie Polich Short, shares her story and invites us to know there is a God behind all circumstances who has the long view—who sees things we cannot see. With eyes of faith we learn to trust God and get a fresh perspective on the story God is writing—the one with our own name on it!
