Food Pantry, Saturdays, December 4 and 18
Serve at the “CityTeam in the Neighborhood” Mobile Food Pantry on first and third Saturdays. Volunteers start at 9:30 am for food distribution at 10 am–12 pm. For more info, click here

Sharing the Joy of Christmas Gift Collection, Sunday, December 5
As is our practice during the Advent season, the First Pres community supports our local mission partners by purchasing gifts and supplying essential items for the communities they serve. For mission partner wish lists and drop-off info, click here

Gift World Catalog, Sunday, November 28 to Sunday, December 19
By our giving we reflect the image of God. Through Gift World, the Mission and Outreach Committee invites us to give gifts that reflect our hearts’ interests and concerns and that make a difference in the world. To browse the catalog and order, click here

Cal Study Hall, Friday, December 10 to Wednesday, December 15
University Ministry is offering students rooms at First Pres to study in during finals week. Your help is needed to run Study Hall from 1 pm-10 pm. Responsibilities will include monitoring rooms, replenishing/cleaning snack tables, and welcoming students students. For more info, click here

Street Meal, Saturdays, December 11 and 25
Join us the second and last Saturday of each month to serve nutritious meals to our East Bay neighbors in need. Under COVID-19 restrictions, we are serving to-go meals and hot coffee with minimal volunteers. On Christmas day, we will be give out care packages and Christmas gifts to our guests. Christmas Concert Decorating and Welcome Team, Sunday, December 12
Support this year’s outdoor Christmas Concert (Lighting the Way). Help decorate the campus, light candles, welcome and guide visitors, or clean up after the event. Service opportunity times vary. For more info, click here

Christmas Eve Welcome Teams, Friday, December 25
Welcome Team Greeters and Registration Hosts are needed! Christmas Eve is a sacred opportunity to extend a warm welcome and greet all coming to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Families, community groups, youth and adults are invited to serve at either the 4 or 7 pm service. To sign up, click here.
