Advent Workshop (November 27, 11:30 am, Gym) Serve the families in our congregation by preparing craft kits for Advent Workshop or assisting at a craft table. Assemble 35 kits of an Advent craft you love and want to share. To sign up, click HERE. For questions, contact Rosemarie Eichner-Raja.
Sanctuary Decorating, (Saturday, November 26, 9 am–12 pm) Prepare the First Pres Sanctuary for the celebration and wonder of the Advent season. Hang lights, garlands, and other decorative elements. For more info, contact Jamie McClave.
Christmas Coffee & Treats (December 18, 9-10:30 am, 11:30-1 pm, 1-1:30 pm, Gym & Courtyard) Help set-up, host, or clean up from our time of joyous fellowship celebrating our Advent Journey. Contact Janet Sanders to sign up.
Mobile Food Pantry (December 3 and 17, 9:30 am–12:30 pm, Patio) Welcome our neighbors to a cup of coffee on the patio and send them home with grocery staples. For more info, click HERE.
Gift World Giving Opportunity (November 18 to December 24, Online) The Gift World catalog provides us the opportunity to give gifts that support our First Pres mission partners and reflect our hearts’ interests and concerns that make a difference in the world. Harbor House Christmas Shop (Deliver items to Geneva Hall, G208 by December 4 or order from Amazon wish list by November 30) Share the joy of the Advent season: Bring new, unwrapped toys and gifts for babies, kids, and teens. For more info, click HERE.
Cal Study Hall (December 10–14, Times vary from 1:30–9:30 pm) Help host rooms at First Pres for students to study in during finals week. Responsibilities include monitoring rooms and snack tables and welcoming students. To sign up, click HERE.

Welcome Team for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day Services (Saturday, December 24 and Sunday, December 25) Greeters and are needed for each worship service! The Advent season presents many sacred opportunities to extend a warm welcome and greet all who join us to anticipate and celebrate the birth of Jesus.
