This year, we will read Beyond Doubt by Cornelius Plantinga Jr., a devotional book that raises questions about the Christian faith. Some questions are basic: What is God like? What did Jesus do? If the Lord is with us, why do we suffer? Other questions are more practical: How should we Christians we see ourselves? Why pray? How do we live a purposeful life? How do we face death? We will wrestle with these questions, look to the Bible for guidance, and listen to our individual stories.
