Good Friday
April 7 @ 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
One of the oldest services in Christendom. By tradition, the Service of Tenebrae is reserved for Holy Week. The name comes from a translation of the first words of a Latin anthem, Tenebrae Factae Sunt (there was darkness). The service consists of Scripture readings, music, and personal testimony inviting us to participate in the sufferings of Christ and through this receive the abundant love and mercy of God in our own suffering.
Childcare will be provided for children 2 years – 4th grade. For more information, contact [email protected].
