Lectio Divina: Encountering God in Prayer, 8 am or 7 pm
January 26 @ 8:00 am – 9:00 am
For centuries, the people of God have sought God through the prayer practice of lectio divina. Literally “divina reading,” lectio divina is an ancient practice of listening deeply, without hurry or imposition, to the voice of God speaking through scripture.
This four-week small group experience is for everyone. Whether you’re curious to explore lectio divina for the first time or wish to revisit the practice of divine reading, join us as we listen for the God who guides us in this and every season.
Sessions will take place Wednesdays, January 12 to February 2, 8-9 am or 7-8 pm.
Virtual via Zoom.
Facilitators: Jill Chamberlain Boyce, Sandy Buscheck, Terry Dwyer, Claudia Jordan Koch
