Would you like to be healthier spiritually and emotionally?
In this five-month class you will learn skills for listening to others at a deeper level, understanding your feelings and those of others, and exploring the importance of healthy boundaries. Listening with an open heart is a spiritual action. It is a great gift you can give another person—and, ultimately, yourself.
The class has a $150 fee and size is limited. Deadline to register is December 20, 2023.
