Men’s Connect Breakfast
April 22 @ 8:00 am – 9:30 am
Men of all ages are invited to gather monthly in an intentional space created for fellowship, mentoring, friendship, and supporting one another in relationship, work, life, and faith. We will offer blessings to one another through reflection and prayer requests, homemade hot breakfast, conversation, and facilitated dialogues. Each month, we will feature guest inspirational speakers and provide questions for very interesting group discussion.
We are pleased to have Bishop Louis Aimable as our guest speaker on The Journey of Healing and Reconciliation in Rwanda since the 1994 genocide against Tutsi Continues. He has a diploma in Theology from Mwanza Bible College in Tanzania, a bachelor’s degree in divinity from Uganda Christian University, and a master’s degree in theology, biblical interpretation, from Glasgow, Scotland. Louis has been an ordained a priest in the Anglican church of Rwanda since 1997, consecrated Bishop in 2010, served as Bishop of Kigali until March 2019, and is a part-time lecturer of New Testament studies at East African Christian University in Kigali. He is currently working on a Doctorate in Ministry, at Berkeley School of Theology in California, hoping to graduate this year in May.
