Gifts of Stock
There are several options for donations of stock or mutual funds. For information, download the Stock Donation Form.
IRA Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
Those who are 70½ and older can transfer directly from their IRA to the church—satisfying required minimum distributions without increasing taxable income. Contact your IRA custodian and request a QCD transfer to First Presbyterian Church of Berkeley (Tax ID 94-1156849). Please include your name so we can properly acknowledge your gift.
Heritage Circle
Leave a gift for future generations by naming First Pres in your will or trust, or as a beneficiary of your life insurance, IRA, or retirement plan. Click here for details.
Pledge Your Support
We invite you to pledge your support for the current or upcoming year as part of our Stewardship Campaign. Pledges will secure 70% or more of our General Fund, giving us the foundation we need to budget responsibly and boldly for ministry.
