Grief can feel very lonely, even when you have loved ones around. When someone close to you dies, the most important factor in healing from loss is having the support of other people. Even if you are not comfortable talking about your feelings under normal circumstances, it’s important to express them when you’re grieving, and this can make the burden easier to carry. This group offers support and allows you to connect to others. You do not need to grieve alone. There is no charge to attend. You can register or just drop in.

Facilitator: Rev. Terry Dwyer
