Invitation to Pop-Up Church on February 27

Due to the Berkeley Half Marathon road closures, worship on February 27 will be offered online only, but we encourage members and friends of our community to find creative ways to connect and gather during this Sunday. Here are some opportunities for you to join:

Oakland Pop-up in the Park (12 pm–2 pm, Joaquin Miller Park–Robin Perry Field) All are invited for an afternoon of fellowship, lawn games, and laughter. Bring your own food, drinks, picnic blanket, and games. Fun will be provided.

Albany Pop-up in the Park for Families (11:30–1:30 pm, West Side of Albany Memorial Park, 1325 Portland Avenue) Dave Carranza, Director of Youth and Family Ministries, will be hosting a pop up for families to enjoy some fun, food, and fellowship. Dave is hoping to grill, and families may bring picnic food for themselves. For questions, contact Dave at [email protected].
