The New Life Center Foundation works exclusively with young, ethnic, minority women throughout the Mekong region (Thailand, Burma, China, and Laos) who are at risk for, or victims of, forced labor, sexual abuse, domestic violence, neglect, and human trafficking by providing comprehensive residential aftercare for survivors.
Counseling is an essential element in the rehabilitation of youth who have survived exploitation, with individual and group therapy sessions to help residents know they are not alone as they struggle to make sense out of their experiences. In addition, NCLF provides education, vocational and business training, craft and income generation, and housing. Your support equips us to continue responding to their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. NLCF thanks First Pres Berkeley for supporting these residents in their process of healing and growth.
