This spring, our parking operator ParkSmart is making several policy changes in the First Pres Garage. While First Pres stickers will still be a great way to locate church friends and family in the neighborhood, the First Pres sticker will no longer be a validation for free parking.
Here are the details:
SUNDAYS & OTHER WORSHIP EVENTS
- On Sundays, parking is free until 3 pm. No validation or payment is needed.
- After 3 pm on Sundays, those on church business need to enter their parking stall number at the parking validation kiosk at Reception (3-hour validation). All others need to pay for parking at the parking payment kiosks in the Garage.
- Parking will continue to be free—no validation required—for church concerts, memorials, and certain worship services as specified.
DURING THE WEEK
- Guests on church business need to enter their parking stall number at the Reception kiosk (3-hour validation).
- BCC clients need to enter their parking stall number at the Reception kiosk (3-hour validation).
- Cornerstone families are not required to validate or pay for parking for drop-off and pick-up.
- Church employees and regular ministry participants/volunteers who register their vehicles through their ministry do not need to validate.
- All others need to pay for parking at the parking payment kiosks in the Garage.

Speaking of parking…we are experiencing the good problem of having a full garage on Sunday mornings, with limited room for visitors and those with mobility issues. Please park in Telegraph Channing Garage if you’re able! Validate your ticket at Reception.
